I am 56 years old and have had a hectic lifestyle. I am a very restless person, so could never settle with the idea of Yoga any time in my life. I always believed in doing some work outs out doors and have been swimming and going out on walks, cycling and jogging. I monitor my work outs to keep myself motivated. My average resting heart rate used to be in the region of 90BPM always, and in a little over two weeks the readings are around 79BPM. Shaheeda is very dedicated in her work, and a trainer par excellence.
